You Are Enough.

You are enough.

More than enough.

You are valuable and whole and worth it.

I know you are probably wondering why I'm starting this post this way. But I want to walk you through a few things that have been on my heart lately.

I have spent so many hours this week convincing friends of mine that it is not their fault that the people they care so much for don't know how to love them the right way.

Im talking hours upon hours dedicated to convincing the women so dear to my heart that they weren't made to be anyone's back up plan. Because honestly you are all too good for that.

I believe in you.

I believe that you don't deserve to come second to anyone.

I believe that when you were created, you were made with a purpose.

I believe that your souls deserve happiness, your minds deserve peace and your bodies...... baby girl, they deserve care.

So believe in yourself. Don't take any crap. Understand that we all have moments when we question our worth. We all have those one or two friends who tell us exactly what we want to hear. We all will, once or twice in our lives, meet a person who will make us weak.

But I'm asking you to listen to your heart. I'm begging you to love the parts of you that people don't clap for. Be an advocate your your own destiny and happiness.

To be honest with you, it breaks my heart. I'm tired of wiping tears. And not because I don't want to. I'm tired because I love women so much and I believe in our power to be great. I know we can be great.

I also know that in order to reach our full potential, we have to be each others foundation. The reason I'm whole again, is because I have about 4 friends who picked me back up and didn't give up until I rebuilt my heart.

So do me a favor. Stop making excuses. Be proactive. And show the world that you are everything that I know you can be.

I'm not saying that life doesn't get hard. I'm only here to remind you that what happens to us doesn't define us. It's what comes next that is the true key.

The secret is.... well there isn't one.

Someone once told me that I was and will always be everything I need to be whole. And I believe that this is true for all of us.

We are and will always be everything we need.

You are going to be great. Don't let anyone play you and and most importantly don't play yourself.
